SHOULD I EXERCISE WHEN USING ENERGY?
Please contact your doctor and he if your doctor agrees to an exercise program for you. ask your doctor what is recommended.

The very best way to lose weight is to not put it on to begin with.

If you already have it on the best way to lose it is:
*eat a little less.
*exercise a little more.

The fact is we know most people will not do those things. The majority of people will not diet successfully and the majority of people will not follow an exercise plan.

Personally, there were only three times in my life when I successfully lost weight
*when I joined the Army and they force me to exercise.
*when I became a Drill Instructor and had to lead the troops and exercise.
*when I was recovering in the hospital for a long period of time from an operation.

The first thing was almost fun. The second thing was a great deal of fun. The third thing I certainly do not recommend.

So what should you do? Ask your doctor if you can exercise and, if so, what can you do. Remember you are not in this to set a record. You are in this to lose weight in order to end up in the shape you want to be in.

The first thing to do, of course, is to use ENERGY which works for most people even if they do not exercise. Most people will automatically eat less with ENERGY. I strongly recommend a little exercise to everyone even if they do not use our product. For most people a little exercise is a lot better than no exercise.

Do not start off swimming a hundred laps or walking 25 miles. Those things will certainly help you lose weight if you happen to survive. Too much may possibly be worse than too little exercise.

I am not an expert in this which is why I strongly recommend you consult your doctor first. My reading indicates the best exercise is:
*swimming.
*walking
Start out with short distances and gradually increase them is you feel capable of doing so. Do not rise when you can walk.
*walk up the stairs rather than take an elevator. In the beginning just walked up one flight and then take the elevator and less you are going to the second-floor which would be a waste because you will already be there.

As you become capable you maybe able to add flights to your walk up the stairs. I received a"D" in high school physics but I believe moving your entire weight up is doing a lot of work and will cause you to burn many calories.

*to a lot of little things that you do anyway but do them in a way that is a bit of work. Don't carry your grocery sacks with your arms at your sides. This probably does something for you but if you are trying to lose weight it obviously has not done very much. Lift the sacks up by their handles while you are carrying them to where ever you are going with them. When the strain becomes too much, lower them.
*when moving a chair in the house do not push it. Be careful of your back, but lift it if you can. Perhaps you might lifted up and down the few times.

As you work or play in the House or elsewhere do not take the easy way out. Look for ways to do what you normally do only put some effort into it so your muscles work.

Will this sort of thing worked? It will work a whole lot better if you do it than if you don't.

Should I diet also? Most of us have dieted many times and it obviously has not worked or we would not be doing what we are doing now. You should eat a balanced diet with a wide variety of foods. The best diet I know of is a diabetic diet. Consult the nutritionist to determine how many calories you should be eating a day. Do not measure every little thing. You can pretty much eyeball portions and eat that much. If the formula has not told you to stop and you are still hungry then eat a, "Little" more. You will get a signal when you are full. It is a feeling. You get it with out our formula but it is usually 22 to 25 minutes too late.

I have been a type one (juvenile) diabetic for 43 years. I cheat occasionally. Sticking to a diet plan is very difficult. I have asked five different nutritionalists in years past how many of the diabetics they have help stick to their diet 100%. The answer from all of them was zero. Some are better at sticking to it and some cheat once a week. Do what works for you.

I strongly suggest if you can't do any of the above, which really translates into you won't, then use our formula. It works for the many people I know who are using it. Most of them start using ENERGY for the increased energy they get from it. The side benefit of losing weight is a freebie to them. Many are using it for both reasons.

Another advantage of ENERGY is that you will now have the energy and stamina to do your exercises.

Should you check your weight every day? No! If you start exercising, even a little, you'll start losing fat but you will increase muscle. Muscle is heavier than fat and your weight may go up a little in the beginning. The important thing is your dress size or belt size will go down. Your close will fit you better. This is the easiest way to tell if the system is working for you.

Are there problems doing this? The only one I know of is the expense. Hopefully when you go from a size 92 dress to a size 12 or from a 58 inch waist to a 32 inch waist you'll have to buy a new Wardrobe. That can be expensive.

Please remember I am not a doctor or nutritionalist. The above is just my opinion based upon a lot of reading and observation. Consult your doctor before you start any program and use your common sense after that.
