PARTY PLAN PROCEDURES
It is not mandatory to follow this plan. These are just suggestions. Experience party plan people may want to totally ignore everything here, modify parts of it or do things in an entirely different way. That is your privilege. I suggest you read this in order to stimulate ideas while developing your own plan. *ask people you know if they would like to give what is likely to be the most profitable, in the long run, party they have ever given. *explain it is a party on safely increasing energy, stamina, weight loss and income. One or all of those things should appeal to almost everyone. *explain the product and its advantages. *explain the advantages of enrolling. *explain they get $50.00 for every one that enrolls under them at the party if they are enrolled. *tell them the advantage of them in rolling first is that everyone that enrolls at their party or purchases product at their party will send points up the line to them. *they will also receive $50.00 for every person that enrolls. *they get points that can later be converted to cash for every product sold. They continue to get points, forever, for every product ever sold by anyone in their downline and points for everyone that any of those people ever enroll. *a huge selling point is that they do not get paid off in cookware, cosmetics, or whatever else they are used to receiving when they host a party. They get paid off in cash and can buy whatever they like with it. *you will ask everyone at the party if they would like to host a party. Everyone that joins and posts a party will generate points to travel up the line to the original posts. This also goes on forever. *ask the interviewee to join now. When they join: *have them make out a list of people to call to come to their party. *have them tell the people they are going to give a party and a special independent agent from a dynamic new company will give a short talk on a safe way to increase energy, stamina, weight loss and income. *try to get the hosts to answer questions only in a general non-specific way. Something will be lost in the translation otherwise. *telephone the host the evening before the day before the party to remind them to call everyone again to remind them of the party. They should phone the day before the party or, preferably if the people are available during the day, the day of the party. *during both phone calls people should be reminded that they may bring as many people as they like to the party. *the hosts should ask for a specific commitments because a special independent agent of the company is making a special effort to come to the host's house. *talk to the people at the party exactly as if they were your next door neighbors. *discuss the product with them first. *always discuss the advantages of the product. *use factual verbal stories you have heard people tell you about the increased energy and what it is done for them. *do the same thing about stamina. *of course, you do the same thing about weight loss stressing, not so much weight loss in pounds, but obvious weight loss in smaller belt sizes and the fact that close fit more loosely which is the true indication of weight loss. *go into the binary system and the advantages thereof pointing out that there are only two legs in the system and, how income is produced by everyone and their downline and how they benefit from enrolling people. *so people do not join in error be sure to explain the one third, two third system to get paid. *tell them the advantage of the automatic shipment. This is not necessary to get paid for product sold or four enrollments. It is only necessary as a minimum cost to redeem points. *explain that virtually everyone orders more than the automatic shipment each month. *this leads into your explaining, starting at the top, the $999.00 and the $399.00 package. *when you have multiple enrollees it can be a problem to determine who is in rolling first. Let people know that someone has to be first and someone has to be last. The only way to judge that fairly in a group is to put all enrollee's names in a drawing and then pull their names out one at a time numbering them. Number one is first, and number to is second and so forth. *let them know that everyone that is enrolled under anyone or by any of them will go underneath the last person in role so the points from all of those people will roll up to everyone. *if you were not able to convince the hosts to enroll previously been at the into the party give them an opportunity to enroll first. They can already see what the results are. You should've explained at your first meeting and at the party to everyone about the 3 x 3 club. The hosts could be instant members of the 3 X 3 club and received a 30% discount on all product they purchase and be an instant Mentor with a FREE bottle of capsules with each Autoship. You may want to read my blog article on goals and explain to them that their goals are not the income produced by our system but what that income will buy for them. That is, the New house, car, college education for themselves or their kids, the sailboat, cruise, etc... Do not overwhelm them with detail. Just cover the major points so they understand the basics of what they are getting into and what is required of them to produce that income. As soon as you start talking about joining the team and you see a little light donning ask them to think about the name of their web site. When you see they are thinking about it you can take that as a buying signal that they are substantially sold already. As soon as YOU start talking about enrolling you mention the $199 license fee and the fact that they get a private web site with a back-office that details everything they and their downline does instantly upon being entered into the computer. Let them know this web site would cost them many thousands of dollars if they had it designed and built on their own. Then it would be full of bugs for awhile. *when people are leaving, if they have not enrolled or purchased product, offer them sample at $6.00. Tell them when they decide to buy product or join the team to do so under the hosts. You will, of course, be happy to answer any of their questions at any time. You should decide the topics you want to cover before you go to the party. Lists them on a 3 X 5 file card in order. Number the cards. Use one word or at the most two to remind you of the topic. *write the words large enough so did you can easily glance at them and read them. Practice in front of a mirror using the file cards. *do this 16 times. The reason for this is you will be interrupted. If you memorize what you're going to do and you're interrupted it is close to impossible to start up again where you left off in your talk. If you have done it 16 times in front of a mirror then it will become part of you. You can be interrupted every sentence and you'll be able to come right back to where you were or, at least, cover the subject the same way you were going to cover it before. *sometime during the 16 times or after the 16 times find someone you can use as a representative of the group at the party and give your talk to them. Allow them to interrupt with questions whenever they feel like it and that will add a sense of reality to it. Does this take a little bit of work? As anything worthwhile does, it takes some work. The results will pay off handsomely. I know of no other business you can get into for so little time, money and effort and get such results. Do you?
