Tip #37: You don't want fresh lists and leads.

When I first started renting lists and buying leads, I
always asked for the freshest, most current names. This
was okay, but I was missing the big picture.

What I really wanted was RESPONSIVE names, not
fresh names.
Isn't it better to have a highly responsive list, even
if it is old? That's much better than fresh names that
are not responsive.

So re-think your strategies. Fresh names are good, but
responsive names are what you want.
